Job Description
Conga is seeking a highly organized, efficient and energetic Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic recruiting team in Broomfield. The Recruiting Coordinator will be the main support for Conga’s Recruiting & HR team. This position demands an outstanding ability to multitask as well as excellent organizational skills. It requires confidentiality and professionalism at all times as well as the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, demanding environment with the aptitude to adapt to change. Responsibilities:
Provide all candidates with a world class interview experience from start to finish
Schedule a high volume of phone, onsite and video interviews with recruiters, hiring teams, executives, and candidates
Coordinate travel for non-local candidates
Greet and give office tours to candidates during on-site interviews
Manage candidate flow through our Applicant Tracking System
Assist with writing and maintaining job descriptions
Post and manage open jobs in ATS and job boards
Deliver a remarkable candidate experience
Direct incoming recruiting related communications in a timely manner
Provide updates to candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams regarding interview status
Develop strong internal client and stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels
Track all candidates’ onsite experiences and serve as point of contact
Support the recruiting team with ad hoc projects and events as needed
Qualifications
1+ years of Recruiting Coordination experience
Rigorous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Solution-oriented, reliable, and able to anticipate both candidate and hiring team needs
Ability to stay calm in high pressure situations and fast-paced environments
Familiarity with scheduling in multiple time zones
Passionate about candidate experience, as well as Conga’s products, mission, vision, and culture
Self-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail
Poised demeanor but with a fun and approachable personality
Able to adapt and pivot in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
A team player - you're willing to help out wherever needed
