Recruiting Coordinator

| Greater Boulder Area

As a member of our team you will never be bored. The pace is fast, the work is varied, and the team is fun!  In the Recruiting Coordinator position, you will focus on supporting the HR squad, managers across the organization and  candidates throughout the recruitment process.

High level Overview of the Role:

Candidate Sourcing

  • Source candidates through various means (our ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, etc.)

  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods to ensure we are attracting the right type of candidates

  • Attend job fairs and careers events

Logistics and Candidate Experience

  • Develop, advise and own the candidate communication and logistics for the overall interview experience from initial contact to offer extension, to handoff, and onboarding

  • Coordinate all scheduling for candidates

  • Coordinate logistics, including travel, reservations, and candidate itineraries

  • Assist with designing and implementing overall recruiting strategy including recruiting methods,and interview strategy

Market Research

  • Reviewing initial resume submissions

  • Conduct market research to assist team with their hiring efforts

  • Writing, reviewing and posting jobs through our ATS and through various external job boards

  • Manage the backend of our ATS to ensure accuracy and consistency in our record keeping

To get started right away you will need:

Experience:  

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and shifting priorities. You must have a desire to pursue a career in recruiting  and/or HR, and ability to articulate that desire

  • 1+ years in an administrative (ie, scheduling-heavy) position

  • Intuitive approach to making decisions - you consider others motivations, and reflexively understand how humans work

Outcome orientation:

  • Driven to deliver critical company outcomes including sourcing new candidates, and decreasing interview to offer process.

Thought Process:  

  • An appetite for creative problem solving, knack for structured thinking and process creation, with the ability to maintain flexibility and ability to spot unusual patterns.

  • You love new challenges and don’t think of mistakes as failures only learning opportunities.

Discipline:  

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously. You are independent and process oriented and excel in the tactical execution.

  • Communicates proactively across the team and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills from concept to completion. This includes understanding of key stakeholders, and the creation, editing and tailoring of compelling job descriptions and messages.
