We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Denver, CO office. As Recruiting Coordinator, you will be part of our fast-paced talent team, assisting our recruiters in sourcing resumes, managing calendars, scheduling domestic and international interviews, and performing reference checks. The ideal candidate possesses attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a cheerful can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling for multiple recruiters
• Collaborate to integrate Workday and ATS -track metrics as needed
• Posting job descriptions
• Work closely with HR team, other coordinators and Staffing manager
• Conduct background checks
• Prepare offer letters for new hires
• Opportunity to grow
