What does a Recruiting Coordinator do at CyberGRX?

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a meaningful role in helping our Talent Acquisition team and department leaders hire the best talent. You’ll interact with multiple recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates to enable a phenomenal interview experience. You will exercise full ownership over a multitude of interview calendars, ensure data consistency in our various systems, and you will also have an opportunity to take on increased responsibility, including managing your own recruitment projects from end-to-end. This is an exceptional role for someone with a background in sourcing and recruiting to get their foot in the door with a growing Talent Acquisition team.

What a day in the life looks like:

• Partner with the TA team and hiring managers to own candidate scheduling and maintain timely pipeline throughput.
• Cultivate an environment of inclusion and foster a diverse pool of candidates through continuous and conscientious improvement of recruitment efforts.
• Manage and uphold an excellent candidate experience, acting as a resource for candidates in collaboration with our recruiters.
• Utilize LinkedIn and other recruitment technologies to Identify candidates for difficult to fill positions.
• Potential to manage a small requisition load and expand recruiting skills.
• Maintain external branding sites like Built In Colorado and Glassdoor.
• Work closely with TA team to improve recruiting processes.
• Support events and projects with the TA and People Ops team.

Annual Base Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000

Annual Bonus Potential: 10% of your base salary
