Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Recruiting Coordinator Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of TA Coordinators, developing and continuously improving recruiting processes and tools. This role requires a leader with proven people, customer service, and leadership skills, who will engage with and develop team members. This role will be responsible for meeting the goals and objectives within the Wireless team which includes being accountable for meeting established goals, SLAs, and KPIs. This position will report to the Wireless Talent Acquisition Manager.
The Recruiting Coordinator Team Lead will:

  • Effectively manage a team of Recruiting Coordinators to deliver a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Manage and mentor the team (e.g., provide one-on-one coaching and counseling and identify career / professional development opportunities for team members, provide direct reports with leadership to achieve work objectives and improve performance and skills)
  • Engage with the Wireless TA leadership team to create strategic plans around performance and improvement
  • Provide subject matter and problem resolution expertise to coordinators, as needed
  • Work closely with coordinators to ensure all candidates receive the best-in-class defined experience
  • Oversee all administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting
  • Drive improvements to streamline both the candidate and hiring manager recruiting process, with a significant focus on time in process and overall candidate experience
  • Improve methods for engaging and communicating with candidates through the hiring life-cycle
  • Partner with Recruiters to ensure seamless and clear processes between Recruiter and Coordinator workflows
  • Lead other Talent Acquisition team initiatives as directed


Skills, Experience and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 1 year of management experience required, high school diploma or equivalent in lieu of college degree
  • 3+ years as a full-cycle Recruiter or talent acquisition operations lead role
  • 2+ years engaging with hiring managers and candidates
  • 2+ years working in a talent acquisition department in a corporate environment
  • Excellent customer service, attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency with the ability to work in a results-driven environment
  • Demonstrated track record of building strong partnerships with managers, teammates, and other key stakeholders


Salary Range
Compensation: $57,400.00/Year - $82,000.00/Year
