The Path Forward Return to Work program at Return Path is a 16- week paid internship for experienced professionals returning to the workforce after taking time off for caregiving. The program is open to women and men who have at least 5 years of professional experience and have been out of the paid workforce for at least two years to focus on caring for a child or other dependent. If you meet these criteria, we welcome you to apply.

The Impact You'll Have at Return Path
Do you love to learn? How about being central in helping our Performance (HR) team succeed?Do you like working in a highly collaborative team environment? If so, you may be a fit for the People Coordinator returnship.
You'll work closely with our Performance team across our functional areas to coordinate and support operational success and manage special projects.
We'll also help you learn about what's happening in the HR world to give you some current experience on your resume. If you are interested in a growth position supporting a dynamic team, this role could be for you!
Role Objectives

  • Help ensure an excellent client (candidate / employee) experience by coordination and customer service with recruiting, and support on special projects.
  • Coordination for Recruiting. Some sample activities include:
  • Schedule phone and onsite interviews across global time zones.
  • Manage job board postings (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Assist with new hire coordination and logistics, as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage schedules for various audiences across global time zones for recruiting; also support global training logistics, as needed.
  • Respond to stakeholder requests.
  • Support and learning on other projects outside Recruiting.
  • We are flexible on whether this is a part-time or full-time role, and the additional responsibilities will be determined after hire!

What does it take to be successful in this role?

  • Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Highly organized, flexible, responsible and adaptable in an ever-evolving work environment.
  • Be serious about work but light hearted; bring a sense of humor to your day.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to self-manage during downtimes.
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet skills. A significant plus is experience with Google for enterprise (e.g., Google docs, Google sheets, Gmail).

  • This program is designed to be a hands-on, career-related experience that helps remove any perceived risk and gives participants a gradual and structured ramping-up platform.
  • Path Forward participants at Return Path will have responsibilities that mirror the professional activities of their colleagues rather than performing only clerical tasks.

  • There is flexibility to switch roles and wear different hats. If there's something you want to work on, speak up and we promise you'll be heard.
