Skupos is the data hub for the convenience retail industry. Retailers, distributors, and brands all convene on the Skupos platform to create value from previously disparate and hard-to-obtain data. We build tools with this data to help each cohort of our industry succeed in their roles. Our software integrates at a retailer’s point-of-sale and automates the previous manual inventory and ordering processes. For distributors and CPG brands, we provide real-time insight into customer inventory and market basket data.

Skupos is seeking a recruiting coordinator for a rapidly growing team. We are a tight knit group with a team first mentality. We strive to achieve our recruiting efforts through our team culture, dedication and hard work!

We are looking for a passionate Recruiting coordinator to join our team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews and managing the on-boarding paperwork. As a recruiting coordinator, you have thorough knowledge of HR best practices and have innovative ideas. If you have strong communication skills and are confident as a headhunter, we want to meet you. We like working with people who think ‘outside-the-box’ and who finish projects in a timely manner.

Ultimately, you should be able to manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with recruiter and consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
  • Source candidates by using databases and social media
  • Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
  • Conduct phone, Highfive and/or in-person interviews
  • Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
  • Contact new employees and prepare on-boarding sessions
  • Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

Required Skills / Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
  • Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
  • Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
  • Team player
  • Degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Desired Skills:
