The Recruiter position will serve to bring a cohesive team environment and look for ways to contribute to it and the overall success of the company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute full cycle recruiting process across all lines of business
  • Partner seamlessly with department heads, developing and implementing recruiting strategies to meet hiring plans and drive best practices throughout the hiring process
  • Establish recruiting requirements through meeting with hiring managers and conducting comprehensive intake meetings
  • Create opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations with colleges, employment agencies, military organizations & diverse entities
  • Ability to be a trusted advisor to the hiring manager in order to create a productive slate of candidates for consideration and advise the hiring manager on market intelligence
  • Source passive candidates from internet databases, social media, contact lists, internal databases, job boards, and employee referrals--getting creative where necessary
  • Generate a high volume/high quality pipeline of active/passive candidates for multiple requisitions under very tight timelines.  Balance speed and quality.
  • Implement and train hiring managers to use applicant tracking systems and leverage data, reports and performance metrics to improve recruiting effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing updates, metrics and guidance to hiring managers and members of the hiring team
  • Clearly communicate with hiring managers and candidates to provide high level of transparency
  • Ability to close candidates and maintain a high level of engagement with the candidate experience
  • Ability to produce 3+ hires per month
  • Lead, drive, and participate in ad hoc recruiting project work
  • Ensure that we have a best-in-class applicant experience--we want people we rejected candidates to refer their friends to Pushpay because the experience was so good

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years corporate and/ or agency full-cycle recruiting experience supporting a variety of high volume, niche roles
  • A true Talent Advisor: acts as a trusted consultant rather than an order taker
  • Develops sourcing strategies for hard to find technical/non-technical talent, diagnoses issues and makes recommendations 
  • Experience driving candidate sourcing initiatives using search engines and Boolean searching
  • Experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter and an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse, a plus)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed, including evening recruiting events
  • Strong time-management and project management skills and ability to multi-task and maintain focus and discipline
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
  • Can navigate ambiguous problems with ease

THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN COLORADO SPRINGS, CO

Salary range: $53/K - $63/K (DOE)
