We are looking for a passionate Recruiter that will manage the recruiting efforts for the Sales and Customer Success organization. He/She will collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.

Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Primary support the recruiting efforts for Sales and Customer Success organization
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/company sites/colleges etc
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for a sales organization
• Experience using different channels to source candidates (LinkedIn, CRM, Social Media, User Groups, etc.)
• Has worked in the SaaS industry or with a start up
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• 2+ years work experience as a Recruiter
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
