We are looking for a passionate Recruiter that will manage the recruiting efforts for the Sales and Customer Success organization. He/She will collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Primary support the recruiting efforts for Sales and Customer Success organization
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/company sites/colleges etc
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for a sales organization
- Experience using different channels to source candidates (LinkedIn, CRM, Social Media, User Groups, etc.)
- Has worked in the SaaS industry or with a start up
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- 2+ years work experience as a Recruiter
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
