Localwise is expanding our online job community and seeks a full-time Recruiter to help lead the charge. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to grow a sales and customer success team from the ground up.

To date, Localwise has created a community of 300,000+ users and serves 30,000+ small businesses. You’ll join our newly hired sales reps in a fun-loving office in RiNo district of Denver, CO. With your help, we’ll keep up the momentum as we expand our coverage across the US.

Core Responsibilities
Manage the sales recruitment process including outreach, screening applications, interviewing, and providing offers
Onboard 2+ sales team members per month
Build a stellar reputation by networking with and updating prospective sales applicants
Help train other recruiters when we expand the Talent Team
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and other key groups to maximize effectiveness of the recruiting function
Support the construction of a new business line whereby Localwise offers “hands-on” recruiting services such as interviewing for small businesses throughout the country. To be clear, you’ll be recruiting for Localwise internal sales team first, but we are also experimenting with offering this type of service to our clients
Contribute to a supportive team environment

Qualifications
3-5+ years professional experience, preferably in a recruiting or inside sales role
Willingness to hustle in a high-volume call/email environment
Ability to hit the ground running in a recruiting role from prospecting to closing
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
Great interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Comfort working in a dynamic startup work environment
Incredible attention to detail and work ethic
Desire to build the next great startup from the ground up (this isn’t for everyone as it takes a TON of commitment!)
Willingness to work extended hours alongside a committed team
4-year bachelor’s degree a plus
Compensation: Base salary + commission + potential for stock options for exceptional performers
