Paladina Health is seeking a Recruiter to join the team at our headquarters in Downtown Denver! This person will have at least 1+ years of experience and will provide support to the in-house Corporate & Physician Recruiters. This includes sourcing & tracking candidates for entry level positions and assisting with full life-cycle recruiting for our clinic locations across the country.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and translate into recruiting strategies 
  • Source and review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Post openings with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
  • Assist Paladina in branding and building networks to find qualified passive candidates.
  • Schedule & conduct phone screens with qualified candidates to ensure quality and cultural fit/alignment
  • Ensure our candidate experience is reflective of our culture and brand from start to finish 
  • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned/necessary

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 1- 2 years of recruiting experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
  • Experience and/or desire to work in Human Resources is preferred
  • Strong sourcing skills required
  • Previous experience an applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • The ability to work with minimum supervision, set priorities, and follow through to accomplish results.
  • Strong computer technology skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to travel (10-20%)
