Recruiter-Entry Level
Are you a highly skilled, self-motivated Recruiter? If so, this is an outstanding opportunity to make a big difference across a high growth organization. You’ll be responsible for the candidate experience from pre-screening through the employment offer. You will have strong relationships in the local Denver tech scene and while you’ll be responsible for finding candidates for our technical positions, you will specifically have had success hiring software engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions
- Proactively source top talent in Denver and other desirable markets
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Be involved in candidate targeted events as well as technology related events to build active and passive candidate pipelines
- Own the candidate experience from end-to-end, ensuring a positive experience for the candidate and the team
- Collaborate with EVP of Engineering and Chief Product Officer around role definition and creating job descriptions, and candidate scorecard
- Research to identify potential candidates through professional networking sites, databases and other tools
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager on recruitment strategy and day-to-day talent acquisition activities
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 2 years full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably 1 year in an agency
- Strong track record for sourcing and attracting top candidates
- Preference for experience in start-up cultural environments
- Ability to converse in the latest software trends and solutions
- Experience with Greenhouse applicant tracking system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
