đ About You
Your passion is providing outstanding customer service to internal teams. You are a highly creative self-starter who can roll with the punches. Youâll set up our constant stream of new hires for success! You understand the importance of a strong onboarding program and will ensure a positive onboarding and orientation experience for all new hires. You are a scheduling master and will assist in scheduling onboarding, training, and all People Ops programming. You will help keep a keen eye out for automation opportunities and other ways to make our team faster, more efficient and more digitally advanced. You love creating positive and memorable experiences for employees, and are great at it! Youâll own the accuracy and maintain our People Data, making sure itâs clean and up to date.Â

- Manage onboarding process for new hires: Add to HRIS, complete I9s, administer background checks, send first day essentials, create access to systems, complete new hire orientation, maintain onboarding schedule, etc.)
- Maintain accurate employee files for current and former employees
- Assemble and administer documents using Docusign for employees (offer letters, compensation plans, etc.)
- Assist in developing internal intranet by keeping most up-to-date and relevant information readily available, while brainstorming creative ways to deliver information to our employes
- Ad hoc improvement projects to streamline various People Ops processes as identified by people ops leadership
- Be the primary point of contact for multiple office locations and take stock of office supplies, equipment, etc.
- Assist with implementing new HRIS solution, as well as assist in developing effective processes and trainings
- Assist in planning internal Employee Experience events, coordinate travel, communicating with vendors, helping to plan activities, etc.Â
- Create communication plans and utilize multiple messaging channels (Slack, emails, update intranet) to promote news, announcements, updates and events
- Monitor JIRA ticketing system for employee requests, escalating as necessary
- Support the People Ops team as a whole and ad hoc projects as needed
- Ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast paced, rapidly changing environment and manage multiple time-critical projects to meet deadlines
- If located in Colorado Springs -Â Picks up and scans mail to appropriate departments
đĄ Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in the people ops / human resources function
- Familiarity of various disciplines of HR, knowledge of HR processes & transactions, and HRIS systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Comfortable communicating with stakeholders internally and externally at all levels
- Passion for fostering diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging in the workplace
- Strong ethics and the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities, organize, meet deadlines, analyze data, and complete projects and assignments with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail.
- Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service; demonstrated interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency.
