We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our People and Culture Team in supporting our most valuable asset: our people! In this position, you will use your energetic, can-do attitude and passion for people, processes, and details to support all stages of the employee lifecycle and create exceptional workplace experiences at Havenly.

What you’ll do: 

  • Flex your administrative expertise through owning our onboarding and offboarding efforts, including benefits and perks administration, ensuring our people always have what they need to be set up for success
  • Serve as the go-to resource for all benefit and perk related questions
  • Assemble and submit monthly expense reports for the People & Culture Team 
  • Be a cultural ambassador, bringing Havenly’s culture to life every day through assisting in planning events and celebrating milestones, birthdays and anniversaries
  • Assist with the planning, implementation and management of People Ops initiatives across the organization, including those related to DEI, compliance, and learning & development

What you’ll bring:

  • A passion for all things People Operations and with the goal to grow your career in the HR or People & Culture space
  • An extremely high attention to detail in everything you do 
  • Stellar interpersonal and communication skills
  • Epic organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize your workload with ease
  • A demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
  • Excitement for learning new things, working in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating with all types of people
  • Experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role, ideally in a high-growth, start-up company (preferred, not required) 

Additional Details:

  • This is a full-time exempt position headquartered in Denver, Colorado. This role will likely require 1-3 days in office and will be remote the remainder of the time. 
  • Targeted compensation range for this role: $40-50k per year, dependent upon experience.
