  • Using your master-level prioritization skills, proactive communication, fantastic attention to detail, tech savvy, and your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment to coordinate all recruiting, onboarding, team building, and company events, meetings, lunches, contractor engagement, etc.
  • Leveraging your passion for organization to keep our office supplies and "snack vault" stocked, serve as the liaison for us with Industry, support bookkeeping (e.g. scanning receipts, etc.), ordering equipment, and proactively keeping track of everything that keeps us running smoothly.
  • Using your self-motivation and desire to make a valuable contribution to both help manage projects requested by team members, and to propose and manage your own projects that will make a difference and create efficiencies.
  • Naturally building trusted relationships through empathy, enthusiasm, positivity, incredible listening skills, and a genuine love/desire to help creatively solve people’s problems to support the Customer Support, Sales, Marketing, and Software Development teams.
  • Demonstrating your alignment with our core values that is the FABRIC of everything we do: Fun, Authenticity, Boldness (comfort in learning from mistakes), Respectfulness, Innovation, and Collaboration.
