Rachio is looking for a highly capable People Operations Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. The role will be in charge of creating a fun & productive office environment as well as helping to grow and strengthen our people programs. As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for the following initiatives; office management, event planning, recruiting coordination, executing basic human resources processes, and assisting in culture-building efforts. Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage the Rachio office
    • Manage the office refresh (painting, decorating, organizing, etc.) 
    • Make the office run like a well-oiled machine and ensure it is a clean, fun, collaborative and productive atmosphere for all employees
    • Manage all internal and external office vendor relationships 
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and shipping
    • Keep the office stocked with all office supplies, equipment, swag, and groceries
    • Greet guests and oversee our visitor process to ensure a smooth and positive guest experience
    • Provide basic IT assistance 
  • Event planning
    • Organize fun events such as quarterly team events, important internal meetings, holiday parties, off-sites, etc. 
    • Help instill Rachio’s values into the workplace by assisting with culture and engagement projects and team events 
  • Recruiting & scheduling
    • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with candidates
    • Greet candidates in the office and ensure they have an amazing candidate experience
  • Follow & enhance people processes
    • Run onboarding
    • Assist with offboarding logistics
    • Keep company documentation up to date
    • Organize weekly company meeting
    • Manage computer inventory 
    • Manage future company perk programs
    • Participate in culture committee initiatives
  • Administrative assistance 
    • Book and coordinate all travel, including accommodations, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed for all executive team & sales team members
    • Prepare and assist other teams with expense reports

Requirements and Skills

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience in administration, office management or event planning work 
  • You are known for your organization skills
  • You have excellent verbal & written communication skills including proficiency with Google applications
  • You enjoy hands-on work that requires juggling multiple tasks at one time
  • You are a master prioritizer, who is always up for exciting new challenges
  • You are able to carry yourself with maturity and professionalism while getting your job done
  • You bring positive energy to the office and to those around you
  • You are able to work both at a desk and on your feet throughout the day, as well as lift a minimum of 10lbs comfortably
  • Be highly adaptable and comfortable with change and ambiguity
  • Ability to problem-solve quickly and work independently 

Compensation

  • Salary based on experience and within early-stage company structures

Rachio is headquartered in Denver but Rachians are able to work remotely from anywhere in the US.
