Four Winds Interactive seeks a People Operations Coordinator to support the Chief People Officer and Director of Organizational Development.  The assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support on a day to day basis. He/She must exercise considerable communication skills and good judgment, as well as the ability to interface and work with senior-level business leaders and their teams. The ideal candidate must be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative-related tasks and be able to work independently, proactively and confidently under pressure. This role is not a management position.

 

The compensation package will be aligned to each candidate experience and qualifications. All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintains CPO’s appointment schedules (in MS Outlook) by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences,teleconferences and travel for CPO.
  • Facilitates logistics for meetings and events that include internal as well as external participants
  • Assists with planning, communication, and organization of company-wide meetings, Town Halls, Emerging Leaders Program, Speaker Series, and team events for the people ops team
  • Schedules, coordinates, and owns week-long New Hire Orientation each month
  • Drafts company-wide and leadership update emails for People Ops
  • Organizes, gather and assemble information for meetings and other presentations, including creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Maintains and updates employee database and cloud tables that feed our internal signage network
  • Ensures timely responses to staff, correspondence of a routine nature, requests for information.
  • Works independently and within a team on special projects. Assists in planning and coordinating a variety of details.
  • Provides back-up support to and carry out special projects as requested
  • Organization of FWI SWAG and annual anniversary gifts for employees
  • Writes learning notes and coordinate interviews for Excellence Exposed (company internal podcast)
  • General office duties like expense reports and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Requirements for Success:

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, is highly organized and able to multi-task.
  • Work in an environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive communication
  • Ability to interface with a variety of people and represent the Company in a professional manner.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and task management
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Associates degree or equivelant combination of education and experience is required. 
  • Minimum 4+ years in an administrative role is required. 

Helpful for Success:

  • Creative- out of the box thinker – generates new ideas to improve on our existing programs
  • Tech savvy- comfortable using cloud-based tools/software including social media platforms
  • Salesforce experience
  • Event Management experience
  • Knowledge of best practices for survey creation and data analysis
