People Experience works across the organization to strengthen processes that make us work happy. We are looking for a People Operations Administrator to provide support for new hire onboarding, file management, benefit administration and other projects. This position is a primary point of contact for our employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a seamless onboarding experience for all employees.
  • Maintain personnel records
  • Answer employee inquiries
  • Update intranet with policies and documents
  • Assist with Compliance tasks
  • Perform Ad Hoc PX projects as needed

Requirements:

  • One year administrative experience in an office environment
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Takes initiative to problem solve
  • Detail oriented and willingness to learn
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • MS Office proficiency (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Workday experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
