Role Purpose
The People Team is driven to provide a work environment that is second to none and the People Coordinator will have an integral part on making Craftsy one of the top places to work.
Responsibilities
- Support the Director of People and People Generalist on all HR related functions including benefits, onboarding and employee relations
- Lead HR administrative activities and maintain employee information on SAP
- Support Craftsy staff by becoming a subject matter expert on all HR related questions
- Maintain, update and iterate on all HR processes
- Partner with the Associate Recruiter to provide an unmatched candidate experience throughout the interview process
- Create a memorable employment experience through day-to-day interactions and sponsored team events
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of HR experience
• Experience working HRIS systems
• Superb organizational skills and time management to meet deadlines
• Phenomenal written and communication skills
