Position Overview:
Alteryx is introducing the role of People & Talent Enablement Specialist to join our fast-paced and growing company. In this new exciting role you will build strategic onboarding, training and enablement programs to fuel the People and Culture team's pursuit of continuous improvement and development. You are the ideal candidate if you are experienced in developing enablement and change management communications and programs and enjoy facilitating and seeking gratification out of the "ah-ha!" moments for members of the team.
What will you be doing?

  • Work across teams to serve as the subject matter expert on talent and people processes and solutions, change enablement, including change strategy design and execution, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, leadership alignment, communication and facilitation, and measurement.
  • Quickly ramp-up and develop strong relationships with the People and Culture team leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure programs and communications remain aligned with business priorities and outcomes.
  • Design and facilitate onboarding/ramp-up programs for the Talent Acquisition and HRBP teams to get them acquainted with systems, processes, and best practices in the People and Culture teams.
  • Develop change management strategy and communications (stakeholder analysis, change impact and readiness analysis, change workshops, training materials, adoption plans, continuous enablement, etc.) for enhancements and medium to large scale projects.
  • Develop and maintain organizational personas to aid in understanding change impact to ensure adoption.
  • Ensure change is sustainable by creating appropriate success measures including adoption metrics, delivering key business training and building change agents in the functions post program delivery.


What skills should you bring?

  • Experience developing change management strategies and executing against those strategies for moderate to large scale projects and changes.
  • Ability to engage and influence employees at all levels
  • Experience leading change management efforts for Workday enhancements
  • A passion for knowledge, facilitating, and supporting employees as they are navigating business transformation.

Prior experience using, enhancing, or facilitating training for Workday Recruiting and ServiceNow
Compensation
Alteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Broomfield, CO is $68,200 to $112,500. This position is also remote-friendly and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
This role is eligible for variable compensation including bonus and stock grants.
