How you’ll spend your days:

• Serving as the first point of contact for all benefits related inquiries
• Making sure that our people get paid on time and accurately – otherwise they get cranky
• Supporting the HR function through detailed administration of the tactical activities required to keep us compliant, happy and efficient
• Ensuring payroll forms and taxes are filed appropriately
• Compiling periodic reports, status updates, and digital filings
• Pitching in wherever you can to make Gloo a best company to work for!

What you’ll bring to the team:

• BS/BA in a business related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience as an administrator with a focus on payroll and benefits
• Experience working with a small team in a fast-growing company – extra points if you’ve worked in a hyper-growth tech company
• Innovative, exceptionally detail-oriented, crisp communicator who is self-confident and willing to tackle uncharted territory
• A sharp mind capable of handling multiple, sometimes competing, priorities without breaking a sweat
• Naturally resourceful - just able to figure stuff out
• Creative problem solver and logical thinker
• You love working with people and play well as a member of the team
