What You’ll Do

 

We’re seeking a temporary, part time recruiter to support SnapEngage hiring efforts through late 2019 and into the first half of 2020. This person will own the job and candidate lifecycles and support hiring managers from job posting to offer extension.

 

  • Work with leadership to clarify job specifications, digging deep into the nature of the need and modifying job descriptions as appropriate.
  • Support SnapEngage hiring managers in their recruiting efforts, facilitating the entire process from intake to onboarding handoff.
  • Manage and maintain an exceptional candidate experience throughout the full recruitment life cycle, conduct all initial calls with candidates, facilitate candidate advancement, schedule interviews, and supporting the offer process.
  • Conduct proactive outreach via LinkedIn, email, and any other effective channels to attract hard to find talent.
  • Leverage our employee referral program to bring in qualified candidates and engage the team in our hiring process.
  • Meet regularly with hiring managers to check in on the health and priorities of active positions.
  • Manage job postings and job boards, sponsored and unsponsored.
  • Effectively work with other members of the talent team to transition candidates from hiring to onboarding stages.
  • Support diversity initiatives and help drive fair hiring decisions, identifying and eliminating bias wherever possible.
  • Take on other recruiting-related tasks as needed.

 

About You

 

  • Ability to work in a part time, approximately 20 hour/week capacity for about six months.
  • Locally based and able to come into our Boulder, CO office regularly.
  • A minimum of two years of full cycle recruitment experience, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Recruitee, Jazz, Greenhouse etc.
  • The ability to establish relationships with all levels of an organization, listening and gauging needs effectively.
  • A sincere enthusiasm for talking to people, learning their stories, and helping them find their best career.
