The Role:

Provide a wide range of support for our growing company both on our administration team as well as our recruitment team. The ideal candidate adapts well to a fast-paced environment, and possesses common sense, flexibility, and the ability to provide a high degree of customer service.

Specific duties include but are not limited to:

  •  Maintaining office organization
  • Assisting in ordering, receiving, and distributing kitchen and office supplies.
  • Receiving shipments and deliveries.
  • Receiving and distributing mail, assisting with outgoing mail.
  • Greeting and directing guests.
  • Assisting in meeting preparations.
  • Maintaining the appearance of the reception area, conference rooms and kitchen.
  • General office duties such as filing, mailing, faxing and scanning.
  • Assisting with special projects in various functional areas.
  • Assisting in coordination of company activities.
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist recruiters with candidate sourcing in a variety of roles (technology, advisory, office admin, finance etc)
  • Scheduling interviews and calendaring as needed

Desired skills & experience:

  • 1+ year in a similar role, preferably within a startup or financial services company
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Able to multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
  • Proficient with technology (Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word)
  • A self-starter eager to exceed objectives and take on more responsibility.
  • A troubleshooter able to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates common sense and sound decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and applicant tracking tools are a plus
