The Manager of People Ops ensures the employee journey is executed in a manner that enables Pax8 to hold its position as one of the best places to work. They oversee a highly skilled Business Partner team to handle employee relations, manage all processes and protocols to create seamless support for employees, and partner with stakeholders. The Manager develops and grows the team by ensuring that their career goals are recognized and supported.

Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):
    • Oversee the day-to-day execution of People Ops strategy as set by leadership through coaching and guiding People Ops Business Partners and Coordinator
    • Respond to questions, complaints, and requests for guidance from employees and managers in a timely and professional manner
    • Partner with the Pax8 University team to deliver an exceptional new hire onboarding experience
    • Continually drive to improve our HR key performance indicators; deliver accurate and timely data to the People Ops leadership on HR key performance indicators
    • Manage an effective communication and marketing strategy to ensure that our employees are aware of the opportunities and benefits that are available to them
    • Monitor and provide regular audits on compliance areas of People Ops
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
    • Five (5) to seven (7) years’ People Operations experience, 2 leading others
    • Strong communication skills
    • Excellent Microsoft Suite skills including familiarity with teams and SharePoint
    • Experience with a wide array of HR tools including HRIS and performance management systems.
    • Ability to present to senior leaders effectively and use data to tell a story
    • Ability to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
    • Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
    • Ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
    • Ability to make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
    • Ability to use compelling arguments to gain support and commitment of others
Required Education & Certifications:
    • B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
    • HR certification with either HRCI or SHRM preferred 
Compensaiton:
    • Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $96,000 or more depending on experience

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
