Manager, Communication & Culture

The Communications and Culture Manager will be instrumental in growing Strive’s culture and ensuring that Striver’s live out our core values as we work to transform kidney care. This person will be responsible for all internal communications efforts and cultivating culture and engagement in Strive’s programs. S/he will be responsible for planning and creating content, leading internal culture-building events, and supporting Strive’s cultural pillars through world-class program management . S/he will work directly with Strive’s Chief People Officer and will collaborate closely with leadership to identify opportunities to align executive communications and ongoing brand-strategy, publishing both internal and external communications.
Essential Functions
- Serve as primary owner of internal communications for the company.
- Develop and lead initiatives that drive employee engagement and growth of Strive culture, including events, content creation, and communication of Strive’s culture and priorities
- Write and manage publication of internal and external communications that drive a strong employer brand, new employee recruitment, and engagement.
- Spearhead the development of a strong company culture across different office locations and functions, with an eye toward developing a consistent company brand both internally and externally
- Collaborate closely with Strive’s marketing team and executive leadership team to create a world-class culture and employer brand
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic achievement, Master’s degree in related field preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in employee communications, employee experience, and culture-building
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly creative, with the ability to both ideate and execute on new initiatives
- Strong track record of delivering programming that engages employees at all levels
- Ability to design, implement, and grow engagement strategies that span multiple office locations and functions
- Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort in ambiguity; desire to be a self-starter

- Located in Denver, or willing to relocate
Annual Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000
