We are currently looking for a Learning & Growth Coordinator to support the implementation of innovative learning experiences that help our employees perform as rock stars! We're searching for a self-starting professional who can jump in with both feet to develop and enhance processes for delivering training to our worldwide internal customer audience. This individual will report directly to the Director, Learning & Growth, located in the Denver office.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee systemwide learning and growth activity at RingCentral, almost like the chief of staff to the director.
- Map out training plans and schedules for instructor-led, virtual, self-paced and blended learning solutions developed in-house or in partnership with a vendor. Create learning plans for employees of all business units and office locations, including employees working in home offices.
- Maintain updated databases and training records. Research and evaluate software programs to automate administrative functions of the team.
- Host in-person and/or virtual training events, educational programs, and train-the-trainer activities.
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities, equipment, and materials inventory.
- Become keenly aware of the nuances and needs of the various Learning & Growth products and services such that you can anticipate needs of customers and team members.
- Specific project work includes:
- Support the successful onboarding of new employees throughout the STEPS onboarding experience (pre-hire to 12 months post-hire).
- Pre-onboarding partnering with IT and Facilities for new hire set up
- Announcements to new hires' teams prior to Day One
- Communication to new hire informing of expectations for Day One activities
- Greeting and onboarding new hires and facilitating Day One onboarding
- Swag for new hires
- Ensuring all necessary new hire paperwork is completed
- Coordination of new hire "sidekicks" (buddies)
- Planning and distribution of targeted correspondence at specific points in a new hire's tenure
- Organize multi-day, multi-modal leadership learning and development solutions.
- Coordination of all talent development programs with vendors, partners, and RingCentral employees, in the areas of:
- Facilities and Rooms, on- and off-site
- Meals
- Travel
- Materials
- Communications & Graphic Design
- Communication throughout leadership learning and development sessions via Glip, email, LearningCentral (LMS) and other means
- Coordination of all talent development programs with vendors, partners, and RingCentral employees, in the areas of:
- Support the successful onboarding of new employees throughout the STEPS onboarding experience (pre-hire to 12 months post-hire).
- Assuming the necessary capacity exists, possible growth opportunities exist in the areas of:
- Managing vendor relationships.
- Marketing learning and growth opportunities internally.
- Administering RingTones surveys.
- Supporting learning management system-related administrative functionality.
- Supporting needs assessments and competency mapping exercises.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years' hands-on experience coordinating multiple, large-scale activities and events simultaneously in a fast-paced corporate setting.
- Role model in the art of organization: the ability to effectively manage multiple projects in varying stages of development and implementation; possesses a significant degree of attention to detail and accuracy in the execution of work and tasks.
- Systems expert: highly proficient in MS Office, Google Docs, database user interfaces, employee systems of record, document management systems, graphics or photo imaging software.
- Critical and creative thinker: ability to translate complex problems into concrete tangible processes and actions; designs or creates new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, processes or products; draws upon flair and the artistic.
- Intuitive and observant: gathers information and makes connections between seemingly disparate information; assesses progress and performance of key tasks as part of learning and growth programs.

- Familiarity with traditional and modern adult learning and development methods and techniques.
- BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field preferred.
