Responsibilities:

- Partner with team to execute the learning strategy, including
- Creating, customizing, and facilitating learning
- Curating content and designing learning pathways in Degreed
- Driving engagement in all learning initiatives
- Create materials, including videos, learning brochure, emails, learning campaign launch materials, etc., to build a continuous learning culture at CSG
- Facilitate virtual and classroom training
- Coordinate exceptional learning events and campaigns
- Execute successful communication strategies to drive excitement about learning at CSG
- Own social media approach which needs to be created and flawlessly executed
- Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage all learning technology including user access, tool integrations, and reporting. Serve as the first line of defense for user issues
- Develop and monitors systems and databases to track program participants, evaluation results, and learning
- Gather input and manipulate data for learning initiatives and reporting purposes
- Develop and implement learning measurement and effectiveness strategy. Compile regular reporting for Sr. Management
- Conduct regular analysis of learning data and recommend best practices to increase enrollment, discoverability,and consumption of learning content
- Create, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools
- And, of course, other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required with at least three years progressive learning and development experience
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, consulting skills, sound functional Learning and Development knowledge, as well as the ability to work independently and on teams
- Experience managing data, performing complex analysis and working in learning systems
- Ability to manage and prioritize simultaneous requests of varying size and scope
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to explain analysis and recommendations to all levels of the organization.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Demonstrated competency in stimulating and embracing change, communicating candidly, and cultivating talent are critical to success
- The ability to think outside of the box, be a trendsetter in the industry, and can push progress to the next maturity level
- The ability to think globally while working with diverse groups and culture
Demonstrated ability to form effective business partnerships with all levels of the organization
