About The Foundry from FIS

Our vision is to make FIS the industry-leading provider of platforms and services for companies to build and run financial applications. To help realize this vision, FIS created a centralized innovation team, called The Foundry. 

This role is critical to the success of The Foundry. You will become an expert in the Foundry’s innovation process and be responsible for designing and delivering an onboarding program to set new team members up for success on day one. Working closely with Foundry leadership, you will manage ongoing development for the Foundry’s team members. You will partner with senior leadership across FIS to fuse the Foundry’s approach to innovation into the company’s standard onboarding and training sessions. 

The Foundry will transform new product and business concepts into sustainable, organic growth opportunities while building a strong culture of intrapreneurship across FIS. Operating within a product innovation framework, the team vets, tests, and incubates new ventures

for successful commercial integration.

Joining this team will put you at the forefront of fintech innovation. The products delivered by The Foundry will impact the FIS product suite and drive significant value back to the business. Most importantly, your work will shape the future financial services landscape.  

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Design and deliver the onboarding program for the Foundry.
  • Design ongoing learning programs, content, and processes that align with the Foundry’s mission of delivering value through innovation and culture.
  • Own the ongoing learning and development schedule.
  • Partner with FIS learning and development teams to fuse the Foundry’s concepts with standard enterprise onboarding and learning programs.
  • Create a mechanism to gather ongoing feedback on the development programs for continuous improvement.
  • Become a cultural beacon as we transform FIS.

What You Will Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in organizational and talent development
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong public speaking, teaching, and coaching skills with a desire to see others succeed
  • Ability to rapidly learn new concepts and synthesize into training content
  • Enthusiastic about evangelizing innovation and best practices
  • A deep understanding and experience with training facilitation and instructional design
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo
  • History of delivering high-quality results
