Lead Recruiting Sourcer, Sales
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and strategically-minded recruiting partner, who loves to be at the forefront of recruiting for the best and brightest.
The Lead Recruiting Sourcer will play a critical role in the day-to-day candidate sourcing activities and within the UFB recruiting team. This role will coordinate all the sourcing activities, working together with the sales recruiters. This individual will be responsible for developing multiple sourcing channels and a ready-now pipeline, while leveraging technology (ATS) to ensure an effective and efficient process that gets results. You will excel in an “all hands on deck” environment, solve for strategic business challenges, and thrive in a startup culture. You will also manage a team of 3 sales sourcers.
This is a full-time role based in San Francisco or Denver. You will report to the Head of Sales Recruiting.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Utilizing strategic boolean search strings to discover the necessary skill sets and experience of qualified candidates
- Targeted sourcing and assessing talent based on past successes and future business objectives. Co-develops and implements an effective sourcing strategy
- Leverage effective sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates. Uses employee referral, recruiting boards, internet, social media, industry and community organizations to build a strong talent pool - including diverse talent
- Maintain strong technical knowledge of recruiting best practices, trends and legislative/regulatory activities as they affect recruiting policies or practices
- Keeps track of pre-defined sourcing metrics and reports on them

- 4+ years of sales or sourcing and/or recruiting experience
- 1+ years of leadership/management experience
- An ability to thrive in a high-growth start-up tech environment

- A keen eye for identifying areas of improvement and are proactive about driving towards a solution
- A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills
- Eloquent communication skills via email and on the phone
- The ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail
