Founded in 2015, Automox is coming off its fourth quarter of record growth that has seen its platform become the most recommended solution in endpoint security and the preferred endpoint management solution for over 1,500 customers across 30 countries. With an increasing number of operating systems, servers, hardware, and applications that need to be maintained, updated, configured, and patched on a regular basis, IT ops teams are feeling fatigued and vulnerable. OVERVIEW 


We are looking for a Junior Technical Recruiter to come in and learn the craft of technical recruitment and build their career at Automox. As a Junior Recruiter, you'll have the unique opportunity to join a fast growing tech company in an entry level position that will give you the skills to build a lasting career in technology. You will help the company meet and exceed some exciting hiring goals as we look to more than double the size of the company this year.

Automox is a completely remote company with employees sprinkled across the US.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Full lifecycle recruiting for our Engineering and Product teams. In-take meetings with hiring managers, resume review, initial phone screens, coaching candidates through the interview process, pre-closing conversations, through offer acceptance.
  • Create strong relationships with hiring managers and leaders within engineering to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Partnering with our Senior Recruiters to master the craft of Technical Recruiting. We don't expect you to know the ins and outs of technical recruiting coming in the door, we're here to teach you.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll communicate with candidates to keep them highly informed through their interview journey with Automox. 
  • Attract and engage active and passive talent through our Applicant Tracking System, Job Boards, LinkedIn, and Social Media.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 1-4 years of Recruiting Coordination, Agency Recruitment, or Sales experience.
  • A true passion for technology. You are a learner and find time to research technologies and technical topics in your free time. 
  • A sense of urgency and drive to be successful.
  • Self-motivated. You have a strong work ethic and strive to succeed even in challenging situations.
  • You're a people person. You enjoy getting to know people and aren't afraid to pick up the phone to start a conversation.
  • Highly organized
  • A human approach to recruitment that involves relationship building, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset.

TOTAL COMPENSATION

SALARY: $50,000 - $65,000 - Our salary ranges are based on national averages and are determined based on the level of the position we are hiring for. The ranges are wide to leave room for variability in a candidate's skills, experience, and location all of which impact where someone might come in on the range.


BONUS: All employees are part of our Company bonus plan. Our bonus is a mix of company performance and individual contributions.
