POSITION SUMMARY
As the influencer marketing landscape continues to evolve, various channels and tactics are coming together in exciting ways at AdAction is leading the charge. We are seeking an Influencer Recruiter to join our newest and quickly expanding division. This role will be focused on outreach to prospective influencers, including researching appropriate contact details and drafting pitch materials and decks to expand our current influencer base.
The Influencer Recruiter will be responsible for prospecting, contacting and onboarding new, exciting, and valuable influencers. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, willing to help out where needed, when needed and will enjoy a work environment where no two days are alike. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all aspects of the sales/recruitment lifecycle: conducting sales calls and meetings and providing prospects with valuable insights and offerings as part of an on-going relationship
- Bulk prospect outreach - including finding appropriate contacts and logging new contact details in Salesforce.
- Source prospects using a variety of search methods to build a robust pipeline of high quality prospects
- Deliver regular performance reviews for newly onboarded influencers with data-driven and actionable insights.
- Help resolve invoicing/payment discrepancies as they arise.
- Monitor daily metrics, performance, and engagement of accounts to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Stay up to date on influencer industry trends and opportunities.
- Execute in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, team environment.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- BA/BS required
- 1+ year experience in a sales or client facing role.
- Results-oriented and possess an entrepreneurial spirit which thrives in a demanding, fast-paced work environment
- Motivated individual, with a positive attitude, who consistently strives to achieve goals in a manner exceeding expectations
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, functions, etc.)
- Highly analytical and incredibly attentive to detail
- Extremely organized with the ability to multitask, problem-solve and prioritize
- Mobile, tech, digital or social media related background is a plus
