About the team
In this new role, you will join our expanding Global Inclusion & Diversity function helping to support organizational transformation and lasting impact for our colleagues, clients and community.
What you will be doing
As an Inclusion & Diversity Project Manager, you will help drive and support the mobilization and engagement of FIS Inclusion & Diversity programs and initiatives.
Manage end to end implementation, standardization, scalability, flexibility, and alignment of FIS’ global I&D programs and initiatives across the company
Drive excellence in execution against the Global I&D strategy by incorporating best practices and industry trends into organizational programs and initiatives
Identify, create, and implement additional innovative I&D solutions using business acumen, research, and industry insights to supplement current or planned programming and initiatives
Coordinate, track, and promote I&D programs and initiatives happening across the company for increased visibility, participation, and engagement.
Monitor, evaluate and report on the progress, effectiveness and adoption of I&D programs and initiatives as well as their impact across the business using both quantitative and qualitative metrics
Partner with others across the organization in support of the operational plan, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Talent & Careers, Executive Services, Total Rewards, Marketing, Communications, CSR, ESG, etc.
Support the development, launch, and growth of the various I&D engagement groups including but not limited Global Inclusion Networks, Enterprise I&D Council, and other business or geography I&D committees while ensuring operational efficiency, coordination, and overall strategic alignment
Provide guidance and input into the Global I&D calendar, including overseeing the annual planning and coordination of enterprise I&D celebrations/observations
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Liberal Arts, or other related field or equivalent work experience
5+ years as a project or program manager, with preferred experience in an HR and/or I&D program management capacity
Experience establishing and leading large skill programs and initiatives from end to end with proven organizational impact and success while scaling for growth
Experience with designing data-driven program strategies and communicating with data to drive change
A passion or interest in building an inclusive and diverse environment where people can be their authentic selves and share their own diverse backgrounds, experiences, perspectives and ideas
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and change direction as needed in a fast-moving environment
Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Proficiency in working in a multi-cultural, global environment
Self-starter with passion, energy, and enthusiasm for making change in a large organization
Ability to deliver clear, compelling and globally relevant communications
Ability to build partnerships within the team and across internal partner and client groups in a complex, matrix organization
