Human Resources Manager

Fluid is looking for an experienced human resources manager to join our rapidly growing team here in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter who can handle all day-to-day human resources tasks in a fast-paced environment. This includes but is not limited to employee document management; writing directives advising department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits; identifying/screening potential new hires for vacant positions; designing and implementing office policies by establishing standards and procedures; analyzing wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plans; consulting legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with federal and state law; oversee the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies; Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance; planning and conducting new employee orientation; maintain records of benefits plans participation and personnel files; coordinating HR training; administering performance review program; conducting wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate; preparing budget of human resources operations; preparing employee separation notices and related documentation; and contracting with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, search firms, or relocation services.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a human resources manager or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite OR Google Docs
  • Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree with equivalent training

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ADP, Gusto or similar HR Management System
  • Experience with Quickbooks
