What You’ll Do: 

Quark is looking for a detailed oriented Human Resources Manager that will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative culture as the organization grows and scales. This is a full-time role located in our Denver, CO HQ. The HR Manager will report to the Sr. Director HR.

The HR Manager will own a broad range of people initiatives and program implementation for the US and Europe working with a HR Team located in India to include; Recruitment, Training & Development performance management, position descriptions, compensation, culture and HR operations. We are looking for an experienced HR professional with the drive and passion for actively driving the people strategy for a global technology company.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure all employee have clear defined measurable expectations for their roles. 
  • Develop on-boarding and training programs for all employees. 
  • Focus on Recruitment for US & Europe.
  • Ensure all employees are reviewed Quarterly or Monthly depending on tenure. 
  • Develop compensation programs working with first line managers to reward employees who achieve and exceed expectations. 
  • Work to develop company core values and culture based on transparency, integrity, collaboration, and performance. 
  • Develop career paths for all employees. 
  • Ensure that HR operational plans and talent strategies are aligned with business priorities and goals.
  • Develop and cultivate deep relationships with other HR Team members, as well with key client group leaders.
  • Prepare and use key HR data to measure success. Analyze trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives.
  • Develop and send communications to reflect and cultivate a diverse and inclusive global population via different avenues and channels.
  • Apply knowledge of global employment laws to all HR programs, including hiring, exiting and a broad range of employee relations issues. 

 

Required Qualification & Skills:

 

  • BS/BA required with a minimum of five (5) years HR Generalist experience with a global technology company. SPHR or SPHR certification preferred.
  • Good exposure on US/Europe Recruitment.
  • Good exposure on Training & Development.
  • Global experience, demonstrated knowledge of employment laws, practices and programs in the US and Europe and associated cultural awareness.
  • Demonstrated competence in various HR functional areas; talent acquisition, employee relations, engagement, change management, learning and development, compensation, benefits, data and people analytics and organizational design.
  • Prior experience in a faced paced, changing technology company.
  • Detailed oriented to manage multiple projects and prioritize projects.
  • A “business first” mindset of understanding a Company’s products and services and using that knowledge to apply solutions and drive desired outcomes.
  • Proven desire and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • High integrity. Safeguard compliance standards and company values.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to use various technology applications and systems, i.e., HRIS, performance management, ATS, Microsoft Office etc.
