Initially, we anticipate that the Human Resources Manager position will require 20 - 30 hours per week depending on business requirements and could quickly evolve into a full-time role. The primary focus will be on recruiting and onboarding, compliance and benefits management, and working with our People and Culture team.
What You’ll Do:
- Accountable for the management and overall success of the human resources function
- Engage with our People and Culture team to help coordinate and execute efforts to expand our fun, inclusive and diverse team
- Lead the talent acquisition process to attract new, qualified employees in an efficient and effective manner
- Serve as the first point of contact for all employee relations issues/concerns; conduct investigations and resolves issues in a timely manner
- Manages benefits and employee files, ensuring all employee files meet compliance requirements, and interfacing with our benefits broker.

- SPHR, PHR, SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential preferred
