HR/Payroll Specialist (Entry-Level)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ·
-Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing and support payroll functions
-Assist with HR and compensation tasks and reporting
-Maintain and manage employee information in the HR/Payroll systems ·
-Assist with benefits, unemployment, immigration, and other employee programs ·
-Research and resolve employee inquiries in a clear, concise, and timely manner
Skills & Requirements: ·
-1+ year of Payroll, Finance, or HR experience preferred ·
-Strong computer skills – especially Microsoft products ·
-Experience with Workday desired ·
-Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and interpersonal ·
-Team-oriented personality and working style ·
-Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience ·
-Desire to learn and grow a career in Human Resources ·
