The Role:
We are seeking a HR Technology Manager/Senior HR Technology Analyst to join our Human Resources Team in Loveland, CO.  Our new teammate will be a Subject Matter Expert and key point of contact for the organizations HR Technology deployment including Core HR, Talent Management, Applicant Tracking, Workforce Reporting / Analytics and Integrations to other applications. This role will lead the analysis, design, configuration, qualification, documentation and roll-out of expanded HR Technology capabilities to meet enterprise requirements and management ongoing HR Technology projects or initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work with multiple business functions, implement and drive process improvements across all HR systems.  As the Senior HRIS Specialist you will project manage the implementation and integration of a new HRIS system.  Additionally, you will provide support and drive improvements within the current third-party HR systems and HR shared services environment. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HRIS solutions based on functional and business needs.
 
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
  • Strong working knowledge of HR Technology applications, certification or expertise in Ultipro is essential
  • Ability to document business requirements and implement system configuration changes  
  • Demonstrates the ability to diagnose, document and resolve complex HR application issues
  • Exhibits a consistently high level of customer service, collaboration and consensus building skills while working with internal clients and/or stakeholders
  • Plans and administers end user training including New Leader Orientation and Business Partner Training; aides employee and management end users as needed
  • Supports 'downstream' integration requirements including HR data model consultation, management of employee data requests and troubleshooting of data issues encountered by internal and external third-party applications.
  • Leads systems administration and data management activities including systems maintenance, data maintenance, table maintenance, integration monitoring, data uploads, and configuration functions for HR Technology applications
  • Acts as key liaison to the IT function including prioritization, tracking and approval of service requests
  • Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on HR applications including how to best leverage system capabilities to satisfy specific client needs
  • Evaluates, approves and administers requests for access to confidential employee information; plays lead role in HR security administration activities including devising and maintaining an effective security model
Project Management:
  • Manages large, complex HR Technology projects throughout the project lifecycle including delivery of project plans, estimates, management presentations, user communications, IT coordination and project team supervision
  • Performs Business Requirements Analysis and composes clear, comprehensive Functional Specifications that are usable by our IT counterparts to enable new capabilities
  • Plans and executes User Acceptance Testing to ensure quality implementations
  • Develops clear user documentation including Job Aides, Operational Guides, Online Content, etc.
  • Assesses client information needs and develops HR Reports using Report Writing Tools Management of outside HR Technology vendors and service providers including planning and execution of upgrades, new releases enhancements and system fixes
HR Technology Leadership:
  • Possesses and applies comprehensive HR domain knowledge when devising solutions or servicing the needs of the client base; Builds breadth of HR professional knowledge across all HR domains
  • Displays a high level of expertise in the HR Technology discipline – stays abreast of market trends and applies best practices by maintaining external focus
  • Leads less experienced HR Technology Analysts by providing consulting, mentoring, training, and development Champions technology-enabling change initiatives across the organization
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Business and system analysis skills
  • HR domain knowledge and experience
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in a geographically disbursed professional services organization, Big 4 experience is a plus
  • 6+ years’ experience working in a Human Resources systems and processes
  • Experience working with UltiPro required
  • Customer-centric view with a focus on driving efficiency and scalability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
