Do you want to play a role in global commerce?

Prologis is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Analyst to join our Human Resources Technology team. You will participate in global system maintenance of the Workday HRMS (Human Resources Management Systems) platform. You will provide production support, develop and run reports, documentation, communicate upgrades and update testing are emphasized in this position. What’s needed in order to do that:

  • Perform detailed systematic data entry tasks as directed with agility, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve data integrity issues, implement and maintain system audit protocol, run regular audits and proactively participate in other system data audits.

  • Analyze and make recommendations regarding the solution of sophisticated problems related to the configuration, development, implementation, and administration of the HCM systems.

  • Contribute as project team member for HRMS applications including research and resolving issues, and unexpected results of process flaws. Develop user procedures, guidelines and process documentation. Participate in user training sessions as needed.

  • Partner with HR Business Partners globally; Payroll and Benefits and HR Analysts to facilitate global process integration, improvements, consistency and data integrity.

  • Analyze and resolve production service desk tickets timely with accuracy and educational demeanor. Identify issues and systematically collect information to resolve root causes, trends and opportunities for additional user training.

  • Assist in the design, review, testing and implementation of HRMS system updates and enhancements.

  • 0-3 years of experience HR Systems; Workday experience preferred.

  • Validated interpersonal skills (oral and written), ability to translate requests into practical outputs and convey information in a way that others can hear and understand.

  • Effectively connect with all levels of the organization and outside vendors and maintain confidentiality.

  • Exceptional customer service skills, seeking ways to ensure improvement in the quality and efficiency of the job.

  • Demonstrable ability to analyze information and use logic to address work-related issues.

  • Organized, self-directed with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload appropriately.

  • Develop and maintain constructive and collaborative partnerships; Reliable, responsible, and diligent teammate.

  • Confirmed project management skills. Responds promptly to customer requests for service and assistance and distributes work timely. Accepts responsibility for actions and decision-making.
