HRIS Support

This position is crucial to helping us scale. As part of our HR support team, you’ll work with leaders to make sure our systems and data are always up-to-date. You’ll be processing sensitive/personal information by answering inbound requests and seeking out accurate information when you notice a discrepancy. This is a highly collaborative role as you liaise between Gusties and members of the People Team to ensure the highest level of service is provided.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
- Ensure our people data is updated in real time throughout the entire Gustie journey (onboarding to offboarding, and everything in between)
- Triage and answer incoming requests related to job and org. changes, employee data, background checks, employment verification, etc.
- You’ll answer tier-1 questions while educating Gusties on how to find similar information in the future. For questions that require a second opinion, you’ll collaborate with other members of the People Team to deliver 5-star support.
- Partner closely with members of the People Team to reduce inefficiencies in our HR processes
- Keep Gusties informed by creating and maintaining parts of our internal wiki, ensuring FAQ content is up-to-date + easily accessible
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- At least 1 - 2 years experience working within a HRIS
- Organized, efficient and able to prioritize effectively. You enjoy checking things off your to-do list and brainstorming ways in which to become more efficient
- A keen eye for detail. You're always double checking things to ensure the utmost accuracy
- Polished communication and enjoy collaborating with others. You'll be handling sensitive information to reflect meaningful events in Gusties’ lives (starting a new position, transferring internally, receiving a promotion, taking parental leave, etc)
