Join the Vertafore HR team at the entry level and help manage the day-to-day processing of all HR and benefits functions. This is a fabulous opportunity for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented person who is interested in a career in Human Resources and Total Rewards.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Complete weekly and bi-weekly payrolls and support all payroll functions
-Assist with HR systems, compensation tasks and HR reporting
-Streamline processes and procedures as necessary within the payroll function
-Maintain and manage employee information in the HR/Payroll systems
-Assist with benefits, unemployment, and other employee programs as needed
-Research and resolve employee HR and payroll inquiries in a clear, concise, and timely manner
Skills & Requirements:
-1+ year of Payroll, Finance, or HR experience preferred
-Strong computer skills – especially Microsoft products
-Experience with Workday desired
-Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and interpersonal
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
-Desire to learn and grow a career in Human Resources
