HR Reporting Analyst
Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing
- Responsible for the management and fulfillment of requests submitted to HR Analytics and Reporting team.
- Maintain reporting desktop procedures and user guides for client groups.
- Responsible for identifying what reporting solutions will fulfill a client need.
- Experience handling confidential data by following security/confidentiality standards.
- Provide basic reporting level support on ad hoc projects or requests.
- Promote self-service reporting functionality with end users.
- Monitor report usage logs and tickets to offer recommendations for better practices.
- Identify opportunities to ensure integrity of HRIS data through development of audit reports; troubleshoot irregularities; and communicate to other HR teams as needed to correct discrepancies
- Identify opportunities to reduce cycle times and increase reporting efficiencies
- Serve as a first level contact for non-routine questions and requests, especially related to HR systems and data
- Responsible for publication of recurring reports and presentations (monthly, quarterly, etc) to the business
What We're Looking For
- Typically requires a 4 year degree and 1–2 years of experience or a 2 year degree and equivalent related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related areas
- Experience with data handling, specifically with validating and auditing data and reports
- Understanding of HRIS and HCM systems (Workday preferred)
- HR acumen and technical aptitude, with proven experience in reporting HR/HRIS
- Candidate must be a self-starter who possesses a strong customer focus and is comfortable implementing change
- Organization skills
- Excel including complex formulas
- Ability to manage change effectively - always mindful of technology, business processes, and systems implications
- Agile, with a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent task management, verbal & written communication skills, and follow-up
- Must exhibit strong confidentiality practices
- Must thrive in a complex environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing is necessary
