HR Manager, Recruiting Quality & Services Enablement
Job Description:

The HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Quality & Services Enablement will be responsible for partnering with global teams to enable recruiting processes, strategies, and the distribution of Arrow's Employer Brand. This role has a strong focus on candidate experience and talent attraction for diverse internal and external talent profiles and communities. This position contributes significantly to process development including optimization and innovation of recruiting systems, tools, programs and infrastructure to ensure the Global Talent Acquisition organization is successful. This individual will engage with internal teams, and other Arrow HR COE's to achieve functional objectives. Lastly, this individual will manage and review various vendor partnerships and consult on recruitment marketing and advertising spend to ensure best use of budget for Arrow's talent brand presence and job opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Thought leader for Workday ATS including processes and design intended to optimize the Recruiting function (current and future-state) for business leaders, HR and talent acquisition teams, aiding in superior user experience while ensuring compliance with EEO/OFCCP interdependencies.
  • Development of processes and efficiencies that support an effective recruitment lifecycle; also including testing and troubleshooting of current functionality
  • Distribute Arrow's brand across platforms; partnering with internal functions such as Marketing, Communications, Technology, and Legal to execute on innovative and cost-effective efforts that support recruitment objectives and accelerate our ability to attract and engage top talent
  • Consult and support the Americas Talent Acquisition team on programming, process optimization, tools & resources, and marketing strategy
  • Liase with the business on reporting needs to determine the best way to interpret needs and data output. Provide back up support for additional reporting and invoicing needs. Serve as the point of contact for internal & external audit requests
  • Serve as project manager and/or project support for regional and global initiatives as assigned
  • Work directly with our recruitment advertising agency to measure performance. Manage vendor partnerships and content across all recruiting channels to ensure consistency and alignment of Arrow's brand to engage talent across platforms
  • Manage and optimize Diversity recruiting initiatives, analysis, and partnerships


What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years relevant HR/Recruiting experience
  • Must have experience developing and implementing talent brand across multiple platforms
  • Experience in employee recruitment and oversight of processes creation, documentation and improvement
  • Demonstrated success supporting internal client groups and stakeholder management / alignment
  • Functional and technical understanding of Workday Recruiting and other ATS/Engagement technologies to scale and differentiate HR capability
  • Experience selecting and managing vendors/agencies.
  • Ability to think strategically as well as high attention to detail for tactical execution and multi-task work


Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, copywriting, and presentation visuals; Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Flexible, adaptable, action and customer oriented personal style; ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to act regionally but consider global nuances, and interdependencies
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of core employee recruiting processes that support an end-to-end recruiting lifecycle approach
  • Solid knowledge of employment regulations and statutes
  • Vendor management experience, with focus on driving excellence across SLAs
  • Interpersonal, influencing and relationship building skills, across various level of the organization
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of professional credibility and integrity
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment with frequent communication via phone and email

Compensation:
Pay range for this position is $71,500 - $104,500
Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
