HR Generalist
Job Description:
What You’ll Be Doing
- Responsibilities include engaging all aspects of HR including employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management and development, policies and procedures, compensation and performance metrics, change management initiatives and other programs that support the business in achieving its objectives.
- Counseling managers on subjects such as performance issues and engagement. Preparing documentation and making recommendations to resolve employee related issues, problem s and performance management concerns.
- Providing support to managers or employees in matters relating to HR policies and practices. Participate in various HR performance management processes including performance reviews, annual goal setting, and compensation reviews.
- Act as a liaison to HR Shared Services Center on a variety of situations including leaves, payroll changes, and benefits.
- Assisting with onboarding new hires, conducting exit interviews, and analyzing turnover data. Creating and maintaining data on critical records and reports in our Human Resources Information System.

(1) Incumbent has limited level of discretion to vary from established procedures, works under general supervision, and solves some straightforward problems. Incumbent generally has limited work experience involving basic concepts and procedures, but requires formal training in theories/concepts in own function.
(2) Incumbent has high level of discretion to vary from established procedures, works under broad supervision, and solves some complex problems. Incumbent generally has substantial work experience involving complex concepts and procedures in theories/concepts in own function.
Experience / Education
Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2–4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
