We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Generalist & Office Manager to be responsible for all areas of HR and employee experience. The ideal candidate will be an empathetic individual who makes TrackVia a great place to work by valuing trust, confidentiality, and relationships. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer the employee life-cycle: Onboarding, performance management, performance improvement plans, status changes, compensation changes, and off-boarding for all employees
  • Maintain applicant tracking system, pre-screen candidates, and coordinate interviews
  • Maintain and develop company policies and procedures
  • Assist with outbound recruiting searches via LinkedIn Pro and liaise with third-party recruiters
  • Lead all HR efforts including career pathing, compensation analysis, benefits administration, professional development, and diversity initiatives  
  • Assist with HR audits and reporting as needed
  • Handle all employee relations issues as they arise
  • Prepare, oversee and train managers on annual performance reviews
  • Administration and analysis of employee engagement survey
  • Work closely with executives on various department goals and projects
  • Respond effectively, efficiently, and professionally to employee service requests
  • Support the planning of company events, All Hands meetings, and general office culture events

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Human Resources professional experience in a generalist capacity
  • 2+ years of office administration experience is a plus
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of employment law, regulations and statutes, including Affirmative Action and federal contractor compliance requirements
  • Prior experience with Paylocity HR Information System and Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System is a plus
  • Demonstrated problem solving and consulting skills as well as project management abilities
  • Outstanding attention to detail with superior prioritization, time and project management skills.
  • Endlessly proactive, always thinking of what comes next
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Digital communication literacy with Google Suite (Google Drive, Search, Email, Calendar, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

Salary & Benefits

  • The salary for this position is $70,000-$90,000, depending on experience
  • We cover 100% of employee medical, dental, and vision benefits
