Our HR Engagement Team consists of our Global HR Generalist and Learning & Development teams; we design, build and implement super impactful programs such as Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Manager Training, Employee Engagement, Performance Management and New Hire Onboarding to name a few. Our Engagement Team focuses on the entire lifecycle of the employee experience, with the goal of helping our over 700 global employees be successful, feel supported, and grow professionally and personally in their time with Granicus.

We're looking for a motivated and meticulous HR Engagement Coordinator to support these teams, and our employees, by administering multiple processes and programs designed to create a happy, healthy, inclusive and safe workforce. The ideal candidate cares deeply about the employee experience, and is organized, adaptable, responsible, and highly detail oriented. What You'll Do:

  • Understand the sensitive nature of HR data and information, and adhere to all Granicus policies related to confidentiality and security of personal information
  • Provide primary support for emails coming into the HR email alias, and answer or route as appropriate
  • Responsible for making sure all security and harassment compliance training modules are current and that all employees are in compliance; provides necessary reports related to security and compliance trainings during all related audits
  • Manage system users across various HR tools including our Learning Management System, our recognition and anniversary platforms, and our wellbeing resources
  • Maintain accurate lists of employees eligible for various expense and temporary assistance reimbursement
  • Prepare and distribute weekly company newsletter and provide updates on new hires/anniversaries at company townhalls
  • Assist with coordinating new hire schedules, help facilitate new hire onboarding sessions, and provide general HR, IT, and scheduling assistance for new hires
  • Own the onboarding and offboarding processes for contractors
  • Arrange new hire, celebration and sympathy gifts and maintain company swag levels by office
  • Assist with Impact Team event coordination such as companywide activities, volunteer opportunities, and holiday celebrations
  • Keep the company org chart accurate and updated
  • Provide support to our HRG's and L&D team with various programs and initiatives
  • This isn't an all-inclusive list of things you'll work on, but is representative of the type of tasks you'll carry out in the role

Who You Are:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks requiring methodical and meticulous attention-to-detail
  • Confident and personable, able to quickly build relationships with others
  • Initiative to improve processes in a fast-paced work environment
  • Comfortable facilitating to groups of people
  • Experience working with confidential employee data
  • Proficiency in MS Office is required (specifically Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with individuals at all levels within the organization

1999 Broadway is located in-between Denver’s Downtown and Uptown neighborhoods. Granicus occupies the 36 and 37 floors of the building.
