Like to wear a lot of hats (literally and figuratively)? Our HR Coordinator/Office Manager will be the face of Human Resources to our fast-growing Boulder Technology Development office. You will be HR Rep, Office Manager, Culture Facilitator, and Jack of All Trades. ~85% of your role will be HR focused and ~15% office management/facilities focused. Our shiny new office is located in a great location in downtown Boulder, one block from the Pearl St Mall. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking for to grow and advance their HR career. 

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • HUMAN RESOURCES 


  • Will primarily be responsible for supporting Fanatics Direct to Consumer employees globally as well as the local Boulder office, but may asked to assist other divisions from time to time.
  • Ensure data integrity in HRIS systems 
  • Daily maintenance of HRIS systems: entering new employees, auditing data, and updating employee information, etc. 
  • Assist with benefits, orientation, and general questions (ability to answer, or knowing who can) 
  • Assist with all aspects of onboarding new employees: new hire orientation, I9 completion, etc. 
  • Assist with various HR programs (salary reviews, bonus program, engagement survey etc) 
  • Assist with employee communications (email campaigns, generating and distributing memos, flyers etc) 
  • Ability to manage programs (internships, employee engagement etc) 
  • Ability to initiate/launch/own programs a plus 
  • Organize and own local office activities and get-togethers. 
  • All other duties and responsibilities, as assigned 
  • More experienced candidates may also: 

  • Assist with employee relations issues/investigations 
  • Assist with Compensation planning and job family administration 
  • Coordinate with IT development team to automate and improve HR processes 

  • FACILTIES 

  • Manage badging process for building access 
  • Manage relationship with building landlord and vendors (maintenance, cleaning, supplies, snacks) 
  • Coordinate with IT in California on fulfilment of local IT needs (trouble shooting local issues, managing equipment inventory etc) 
  • Assist IT with onboarding of local new hires (coordinate provisioning/shipping of equipment, assist with firt time log-ins. 
  • Assist with local administrative needs (ordering and picking up burritos on burrito day) 
  • Manage mail and shipping for local office 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Some college preferred. 
  • 1-2 years office/admin/hr related experience 
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Excel 
  • Experience with Outlook, Word and Powerpoint 
  • Outstanding written and oral communication (looking for someone with ‘polish’ in both) 
  • Exceptional customer service focus 
  • MUST be extremely organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines 
  • Ability to handle confidential material 
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with peers, management, internal customers and vendors/partners
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines 
  • Experience working with India and/or the UK a plus. 
  • Ability to drive and access to a car, a big plus! 

Salary Range for Supporting Levels: $18 - $28 per hour

Depending on Education/Training and Experience
