Alteryx is searching for a HR Business Partner.

Overview:

We’re growing! Alteryx is looking for an HR Business Partner to join our rapidly expanding team. We are looking for a team member who lives and breathes HR and is ready to grow their strategic talents in support of our Global workforce. In this role you will provide hands-on support for our Product Development organization, working side-by-side with business leaders in areas like associate relations, organizational design, performance optimization, and organizational change. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for executing our people initiatives, providing exceptional organizational support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. 

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Development business leaders in the oversight and execution of key talent management strategies such as resource planning, change management, and organizational design and development

• Take a hands-on approach with leaders to help drive business results, improve working relationships, strengthen morale, and increase productivity and associate engagement

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, influencing business decisions and results

• Partner with key members of the HR team to analyze trends and metrics which inform meaningful program creation

• Manage and resolve complex associate relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations

• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of associates, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as needed/required

• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers (coaching, counseling, career development, separations)

• Collaborate with other HR team members to manage projects or provide input on HR-related programs and practices

• Act as a neutral party, providing a balanced perspective for both associates and leaders 

Qualifications:

You will have the ability to quickly ramp up on the business in order to offer input on new approaches, practices, and procedures. You will be a growth minded professional with a passion for interacting with associates at all levels. Providing coaching and mentoring gets you out of bed in the morning, and you know building strong relationships is key to your success in influencing decision making and change. Deep down, this work fuels your soul.

In addition, you will possess the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Partner capacity

• Previous experience in high-tech or product is a plus

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence senior members of the business

• Ability to diagnose problems and drive appropriate solutions 

• Strong internal and external customer service focus 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Compensation:

Alteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Broomfield is $89,200- $122,650. This position is also remote-friendly and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. 

This is a commission-based role and is eligible for stock grants.
