A true BP role, you will partner closely with the people leaders you support to really understand their corner of the business and the people-related needs/gaps/opportunities in their functions. As a cultural exponent, you will espouse and exemplify Snapdocs’ operating principles and help us continue to build our already strong company culture into something that is a clear differentiator for us. And, don’t forget, we’re still a scrappy, growing startup. The people team you’ll be joining is barely a quarter old. All of this to say that we will need your help as we put foundational people programs into place. Things like: performance management, diversity and inclusion, talent development & feedback, learning and development, manager training, employee engagement & retention, compensation/total rewards, and internal communications.
Our ideal candidate has at least 7 years of overall work experience which likely includes both partnering with business leaders, and leading, defining, developing, and rolling out scalable HR solutions that address the needs of the business. Your ability to lead cross-functionally (this role will touch many, many parts of the organization), patience (for those occasional sticky, tricky people situations), bias for action (we’re a startup), presentation skills, and attention to detail (of course!), will be the foundational attributes that will set you up for success in this role.
