What You Will Do:

Your primary mission is to translate specific business needs and issues into meaningful approaches that support a myriad of objectives. In short, you will wrap your arms around leadership development, change management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management and employee practices driving HR functional excellence and process improvements. As you work independently and in a strong team environment, you will deliver on tactical detail as well as strategy. Your "take ownership" mentality and previous HR experience will be put to work daily as you develop, deliver and roll out various HR programs such as:

• compensation, 360 review process, retention programs, succession planning, employee / manager / leadership development, policies and practices

You will champion and drive the overall execution of HR competencies through the business in partnership with client groups and other internal stakeholders.  In this super-collaborative role, you’ll provide management information, data analysis, metrics, and tools to demonstrate progress toward key milestones and partner with other HR team members to develop and implement HR practices.

Human Resources and business leader relationships are highly valued at Webroot. In this case, your honed skills with communication, business acumen and partnership will be critical as you support 30+ Finance and Legal leaders.  Your ability to think strategically and act tactically is a must, as you use your strong understanding of business dynamics to drive human resource practices and processes that will create an effective and highly performing organization.  In this role is your exposure and/or experience in employee immigration will add extra credit and move your resume to the top of the stack as you will help support management of the immigration process and immigration attorney relations. Equally as important is your deep knowledge of state (CA and CO), federal and international employment laws.
