Job Description:
HR Analyst II, Technology positions offered by Arrow Electronics Inc. (Centennial, CO). Participate in the optimization of Arrow's global use of existing HR technology solutions resulting in enhanced operations and user experience. Assess current / new system functionality and assist with all components of the project life cycle: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and change management. Develop and configure consistent global solutions in support of HR technology initiatives including research, problem solving, resolution, and issue tracking by leveraging Workday best practices. Create design documentation, establish testing standards, and testing methodology to meet the team's overall functional objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a master's or foreign equivalent degree in engineering management, computer science, information systems, human resources, business intelligence, or a related field and 1 year of experience in the position offered or 1 year of experience working on Technical Cross Functional Projects. Also required 1 year of experience: reviewing high level business requests and developing requirements from conversations with stakeholders and vendors that result in solutions to stakeholder needs; applying Software Development Lifecycle methodologies including experience with the full lifecycle including discovery, analysis, development, test, deployment, post-production support; documenting current and future state process using VISIO; building Workday EIB templates, data uploads, Workday HCM reports and calculated fields; performing business processes and data modeling and creating data structures, use cases, user story development and test case development. In lieu of a master's degree and 1 year of experience as stated, employer will accept a bachelor's degree in aforementioned fields and 3 years of experience as stated above. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.

Our offices are approximately 15 miles south of Downtown Denver. Employees enjoy the easy access to the light rail station and I-25.

As a tech company, we showcase the use of tech all throughout our building. We hang art over the building made of various consumer electronics and we even have access to an Electronics Testing lab.
